“Reef Check teams around the world hold activities such as diver training and youth snorkel clinics to get local people of all ages to experience the beauty of reefs first-hand. Many of the participants do not have the basic gear and it is not often economically feasible for coordinators to pay for renting or purchasing equipment. If you are part of a company or organization with access to aquatic sports products, your donation of a few items can make these activities happen. In addition, because these events are held on a regular basis, your gear will receive multiple exposure, thus getting your brand’s name out to people in many parts of the world”.

We love receiving both new and used books. Garage sales, second hand stores and used bookstores are a great place to buy used books. New books are wonderful and very special for children to receive. Children like to read stories they can relate to, so we encourage culturally and ethnically diverse books. Also, some favorites include Dr. Seuss, Harry Potter, and books about dinosaurs and animals.
